Terms for accessing the Tanmatic Game website and, where applicable, games, apps, and related services.

Please read this page carefully. This document is an independently written starting point for Tanmatic Game. Review it against your actual business, each published game, the SDKs and services in use, and applicable law before relying on it as a legal document.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Tanmatic Game website at tanmaticgame.com and, where no separate agreement applies, games, apps, and related services that Tanmatic Game publishes (collectively, the “Services”). A particular game may include additional terms, notices, store rules, or in-app guidelines. If a separate signed agreement governs a commissioned project, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.
By accessing or using the relevant Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use that Service.
2. Definitions
“Tanmatic Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the operator of the Tanmatic Game website and the relevant Service. “You” or “user” refers to the person accessing or using it. “Content” includes text, code, artwork, graphics, sound, music, animation, video, interfaces, game levels, designs, trademarks, and other material made available through a Service. “Third-party services” means platforms or services operated by parties other than Tanmatic Game.
3. Eligibility and authority
You may use a Service only if you are legally able to accept these Terms and comply with applicable law. If you are below the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your location, you must use the Service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Individual games may have a higher minimum age or additional age restrictions. Do not use a Service if you are prohibited from doing so by law.
4. Limited permission to use the Services
Subject to these Terms, Tanmatic Game grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access the website and use released games for their intended lawful purposes. Unless a separate written licence says otherwise, this permission does not give you ownership of the Service or its code, assets, or other intellectual property.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit a Service or any substantial part of it; copy or modify source code or assets; create derivative works; reverse engineer or decompile except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; bypass technical protection; or make a Service available for simultaneous use by unauthorised users.
5. User conduct and prohibited activity
You agree not to use a Service to:
break the law or violate another person’s rights, privacy, or intellectual property;
harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, exploit, or discriminate against another person;
upload or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit where prohibited, exploitative, or otherwise harmful;
introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with servers, overload systems, or disrupt other users;
cheat, manipulate leaderboards or rewards, use unauthorised bots, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
access accounts, data, systems, or restricted areas without permission;
send spam, unauthorised promotions, scams, or misleading communications; or
scrape, harvest, or collect data in ways that violate law, these Terms, platform rules, or the rights of others.
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate steps, including restricting features, suspending access, removing content, or reporting conduct to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
6. Accounts, device, and platform rules
Some features may require an account or third-party platform sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account you use and for activity occurring through credentials under your control. Do not share passwords or use another person’s account without permission. Apple App Store, Google Play, console, social, and other platforms may impose separate terms that also apply to your use or purchase of a game.
7. Purchases, virtual items, and subscriptions
If a Service offers paid downloads, in-app purchases, virtual items, or subscriptions, the applicable price, renewal terms, billing method, trial period, cancellation process, and refund rules should be shown at the point of purchase or governed by the relevant app-store/payment provider. Purchases may be processed by the platform or an authorised payment provider, and their terms apply in addition to these Terms.
Virtual items, points, coins, and similar digital entitlements are not real-world money, have no cash value unless expressly stated, and may not be transferred or redeemed except where the Service expressly permits it. We will not describe a game as offering subscriptions or in-app purchases unless those features are actually available. Any cancellation and refund rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Updates, availability, and changes
We may release patches, updates, new features, or changes to maintain security, improve gameplay, comply with platform requirements, or adapt the Service. Some updates may be necessary to continue using a game. We do not guarantee that every Service, feature, language, device, region, or network will be supported at all times. Services may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where legally permitted, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of a Service. If a change materially affects users or a paid entitlement, we will follow applicable legal requirements and any additional commitments made for that Service.
9. User submissions and feedback
If you send suggestions, feedback, bug reports, ideas, or other material, do not include confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to protect it. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the material. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, you grant Tanmatic Game a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, and adapt feedback to improve or promote our Services, to the extent permitted by law, without an obligation to pay compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.
If a game allows public posts, usernames, images, or other user-generated content, you remain responsible for what you submit and must have the necessary rights and permissions. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, but do not promise to review every submission in advance.
10. Intellectual property and ownership
Unless stated otherwise, Tanmatic Game or its licensors own or are authorised to use the website and Service branding, designs, code, text, artwork, audio, animations, and other original materials. These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
You may not use Tanmatic Game’ names, logos, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licences. If you believe material on the website infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the material and the rights at issue.
11. Third-party services, ads, and links
A Service may contain links, embedded content, ads, SDKs, or integrations provided by third parties. Their availability and behaviour are controlled by those providers, and their own terms and privacy notices apply. Unless expressly stated, a link or integration does not mean Tanmatic Game endorses the provider. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law, though this does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled. If a game provides a separate privacy notice or permission screen, review it as well. App-store privacy disclosures and platform settings may provide additional information or controls.
13. Security and service risks
We take reasonable steps to maintain the security and integrity of our Services, but no network, device, software, or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted. You are responsible for keeping your device updated, using trusted downloads, protecting your accounts, and maintaining any backups that are available to you. Do not attempt to access systems or information without authorisation.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every error will be corrected, that every Service will work on every device or network, or that content will always be complete or current. Any warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tanmatic Game will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use a Service. This clause does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including any mandatory rights you have as a consumer. Where a limitation or exclusion is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it applies only to the maximum extent allowed by law.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of a Service, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights. Nothing in this clause creates an obligation beyond what applicable law permits.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using a Service at any time. Where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or our rights, or to address a serious or repeated breach, we may restrict or suspend access or discontinue a feature, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to paid purchases. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, will continue to the extent legally effective.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be changed when a revision is published. If a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the affected Service.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to the Tanmatic Game operator and the relevant transaction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence. The appropriate legal entity, governing law, venue, and dispute process should be confirmed before publication based on Tanmatic Game’ actual registration and operations. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

20. Severability and waiver
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be effective under applicable law.
